What about my existing data?

We support CSV imports for contracts, budget items, and breakdown schedules. AI-assisted matching helps map your data to the right structure. For historical claims, we can backfill records so your reporting stays complete.

Will my team need training?

ClaimStack has built-in tutorials that guide users through each feature the first time they use it. The interface is designed to feel familiar if you have used any modern web app. Most teams are up and running within the first week.

What about data security?

Your data is hosted on Google Cloud Platform in Australia. Row-level security means users only see data for contracts they are a party to. All connections are encrypted. We take this seriously because your financial data deserves it.

How long does the switch take?

Most teams are live within a week. Simple setups (one project, a few contracts) can be done in a day. Larger companies with historical data and multiple projects take a bit longer, but we work with you to get it done.

What support do I get?

In-app AI chat handles the low-hanging fruit (basic how-tos, feature lookups, account questions) around the clock. For anything it can't answer, you get a direct phone number to real people who understand construction. Not a ticket queue. We are in this with you.
