Fee claims, done right.

Fee proposals, progress claims and variations for consultants, all assessed against the live agreement, with correspondence and deliverables kept connected to the contract they belong to.

The commercial OS for consultants

Claim your fee the same disciplined way, every time.

Consultants sit inside the same unified contract model as everyone else on ClaimStack. Your agreement, fee proposals, progress claims and variations all live in one connected record, each claim assessed against the live agreement, with the correspondence and deliverables that justify it kept close by.

Same platform, same price as subcontractors

On ClaimStack a consultant is treated exactly like a subcontractor. Same unified contract model, same claim and variation workflow, one flat price per seat. Only the contract type label changes, so nothing about the way you claim feels bolted on.

Assessed against the live agreement

Every claim and variation is measured against the live agreement between the from and to parties. You always know what has been claimed, what remains, and what is due this period, with cent-perfect, SOP-aligned records behind every figure.

RFIs, notices and other correspondence stay attached to the contract they belong to, and deliverables sit alongside them. When a claim or variation is queried, the context is one click away, not lost in an inbox.

Switchboard clearance to eastern wall

Question

Main switchboard MSB-1 is shown 450mm off the eastern wall, but the structural upstand at grid E leaves 380mm clear. Please confirm the minimum clearance to the wall or advise a revised setout so we can release the switchboard for manufacture.

Response 1

Maintain 600mm clear working space to the front face per AS 3000. Relocate MSB-1 300mm west onto the revised plinth (SK-E-104 issued), which clears the grid E upstand and preserves egress. Proceed to manufacture on the amended setout.

Built for the way consultants really engage and claim.

03 RFIs, notices and deliverables connected to the contract they belong to.
04 One clear record from engagement through to your final fee.
On a paid plan

The whole engagement, not just the fee claim.

Responding on a project you were invited to is free forever. On a paid plan you run your own engagements and manage your own sub-consultants, with the full commercial workflow behind every fee you claim.

Fee claims, done properly

Raise fee proposals and submit progress claims against the live agreement, in a consistent, SOP-aligned, cent-perfect format, with deadlines tracked so nothing goes out late.

Variations to scope, tracked

Capture every change to your scope or fee at the source with its justification, so nothing is delivered and never claimed, and a variation is never argued from memory.

Your own fee position

See what is agreed, claimed and paid across your engagements, with an audit trail behind every figure, so you always know exactly where your fee stands.

Manage your sub-consultants

Engage and assess your own sub-consultants on the same model, so the work you pass down is controlled as tightly as the fee you claim up.

Frequently asked

How are consultants handled on ClaimStack?

The same way subcontractors are. Consultants use the identical unified contract model, claim and variation workflow; only the contract type label differs. It is the same platform at the same price, tuned to how consultants engage and claim.

Is it free to respond on a project?

Yes. If you were invited to a project, the Collaborator plan is free forever. You can raise fee proposals, submit progress claims and variations, and respond to assessments at no cost.

Do we pay more because we are a larger firm?

No. Paid plans are one flat price per seat, the same for every role on the platform. ClaimStack never prices on turnover.
