Product/Company financials

Project truth, rolled up.

Roll project truth up to company financials from the same source: portfolio views, cash and accrual, reconciled and board ready.

The same source of truth, from the line item to the board pack.

01 · Portfolio roll-up

Every project, one position.

Each project's commercial position aggregates up into one company-wide view. The numbers come from the same record your project teams work in every day.

02 · Cash and accrual

See it both ways, one source.

Read the numbers on a cash basis or an accrual basis from the same source. No parallel set of books, no reconciling two versions of the truth against each other at the end of the month.

03 · Reconciled, board ready

It ties back to the record.

Company financials tie straight back to the underlying project record, cent-perfect, with no separate spreadsheet to maintain. What the board sees is the same truth the projects are built on.

The roll-up

From project to portfolio, one record.

Portfolio
Every project aggregated

The commercial position of each project rolls up into one business-wide view.

Live
Current, not month-end

The whole-business position moves as project events land, so it is current when you open it.

Cash & accrual
Both bases, one source

Move between a cash basis and an accrual basis without a second set of books.

Reconciled
Cent-perfect roll-up

Every company figure ties back to the project record it came from.

Common questions.

Where do company financials come from?

They roll up from the same project record your teams work in: contracts, claims, variations and payments. There is no separate data entry at the company level, so nothing drifts out of sync.

Can I see cash and accrual?

Yes. Both views are read from one source, so you can move between a cash basis and an accrual basis without reconciling two sets of numbers against each other.

Is it live, or a month-end roll-up?

It is live. The company position updates as project events land, from contracts and claims to variations and payments, so it reflects where the business is today, not where it was at the last month-end close.
